The persistent problem with education has been the inability to connect the 'Academic World' with the 'Job World'. Students passing out of universities are still unemployable.

       At KATALYST, we foster an environment of learning through discovery starting at a very young age. Students are given a chance to explore ideas first hand. This way, they make an early transition from being consumers of knowledge to creators of knowledge. We then challenge them to apply the knowledge to real world scenarios. For instance, the chapter on electricity and magnetism, will be incomplete without an understanding of the electricity infrastructure of our city and the wiring of our own homes. That's Ohm's Law, applied to the real world.
